Hi! I’m Alex Lukasiewicz, a tattoo artist based in Den Haag, specializing in neotraditional tattoos, illustrative blackwork, and Art Nouveau tattoos. My work blends artistic storytelling with strong linework and elegant detail – always tailored to the client.

My Tattoo Journey – From Poland to Den Haag
I began tattooing in 2014 in Poland. In 2018, I earned a BA degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, in the New Media Department, where my diploma focused on tattoos as a modern art form.
My final project combined two things I love most: portraiture and storytelling. I created a series of tattoo-inspired portraits of writers who deeply influenced me and my artistic journey, including: Stanisław “Witkacy” Witkiewicz, Witold Gombrowicz, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Friedrich Nietzsche, Oscar Wilde and Albert Camus.

These portraits reflected everything I value in both tattooing and drawing – emotional depth, powerful imagery, and stories hidden in faces. That’s still what drives me today as an artist.
Since 2021, I’ve been living and working in the Netherlands, building a life and career as a full-time tattoo artist in Den Haag. Like many artists, my first years were challenging, but in 2020, I started fresh with a clear vision, support from my partner, and a renewed passion for my craft.
Now, I’m focused on developing a unique artistic style that combines whimsical elements, bold contrast, and influences from Art Nouveau, nature, and fantasy.
